Usage & Process 99 kg of ice water, 1 kg of RYF-006, first pour RYF-006 into 40 kg of room temperature water, stir while pouring, until completely dissolved, add crushed ice and water, and finally pour 100 kg of shrimp, soak for 5 minutes , take out single frozen or block frozen (no need to wash); then pour 100 kg of shrimp, soak for 10 minutes, remove single frozen or block frozen (no need to wash).
99.7 kg of ice water, 0.3 kg of RYF-006, first pour RYF-006 into 40 kg of room temperature water, stir while pouring, until completely dissolved, add crushed ice and water, and finally pour 100 kg of shrimp, soak for 20 minutes Above, take out the single frozen or block frozen (no need to wash). Appropriate additives and ice water can be added and reused, but the solubility must be kept at 0.3%.
Remarks: The solubility and soaking time can be adjusted according to production needs, but it must be ensured that the content of phosphorus pentoxide in the final product for export must comply with the regulations of the exporting country.
